On a more serious note discussing my Yoga practice which I plan to begin writing more about on my blog. I would love to share a book I read and still read. "Meditations from the Mat: Daily Reflections on the path of Yoga" by Rolf Gates & Katrina Kenison. This book can be purchased at amazon.com
If you have been practicing yoga for a while or new to it I think you will enjoy the format and appreciate the practice more and more as you adopt your style.
I taught Yoga for several years but decided to take a break to continue to enrich my education and my own practice. I also currently decided to go on hiatus with my personal training. This was a personal decision for me and a tough one to make but I feel as if I did this with best intentions. I am doing my best to continue to provide for my family and help my husband as we go through the financial difficulties we have faced from his accident two years ago. I had to decide to dig my heels and find a way to help provide. I walked in circles for probably a year. I trained my few clients and never felt like I was going anywhere productive. I went back to my roots- YOGA and MEDITATION.
I discovered through my yoga practice that I was not living the life that truly connected me to the universe and that I needed to really find out my purpose. Here I am, still searching but I do have a plan and it has me up in a whirlwind trying to get it off the ground but I am grounded completely as I do so.
I can't wait to share with my audience all of my wonderful projects I have in the works but for now I will share a bit of wisdom. The past and future are merely only thoughts, God is present this very moment. What we know for sure is right now. And that is all.
Have a great friends.
PEACE LOVE AND UNITY
